Hi, everyone! Nice to be here. Just a couple of comments so far:
1. I didn't nominate "Rapuzel's Revenge" - Deirdre did.
2. And I thought we'd agreed at the last meeting to take "Trouble" off the list? Or does it still need more readers?

I see the NF book I nominated might be too old. In that case, I'll look for another interesting NF, and I'll keep reading, of course!

I just finished Edgar Sawtelle and thought it a remarkable book, one that i'll be thinking of for a long time. Its not a teen book. I'm not sure that I would put it on WC. It has a teen character who is fascinating but doesn't seem one whom teens would stick with through a book of this length.

I hate to be a killjoy, but I realllly disliked My Most Excellent Year. Having said that I finished the novel, so what does that mean. But all of the characters sounded like the same person and NONE of them sounded like a teenager, but rather a gay middle-aged man. (not that there's blah blah blah!)

I heard another rave for The Good Thief by a bookstore owner, however I'm wondering if it's being considered as YA. Every library but one has it cataloged in adult fiction. Do we care about this??
